1. Loosen Up
Stretch and warm your entire body before playing in order to stay loose. Begin practicing with slow, easy exercises to prepare your hands for more demanding new material. Practice while relaxed. You should check your body for any tension, stiffness, tightness, pain or any discomfort. Tight muscles can become tighter during practice which can seriously limit the full range of motion needed to master the guitar. Even tension in the shoulders can travel to the arms and then eventually to the fingers.
2. Tune your guitar
Make sure your guitar was perfectly tuned to your desired tunings. No one wants to hear that ugly tuned guitar.
3. Warm up
Spend your first 10 – 15 minutes warming up. Perform some warm up exercises that you know. If you already bored with your previous exercises, create a new one. Create an every possibilities that your weak fingers will surely train.
4. Practice everyday
Make it a habit of practicing everyday even an hour a day. No day off! Practicing an hour a day is more effective than practicing 10 hours a week.

Working on an entire new song, all in one setting makes it more difficult for your brain to cement solid muscle memories. 7. Commit to a specific time each day for practice.
Many people say’s that they don’t have time to practice. C’mon man it’s not true! There must be a way to practice. If you’re working or a student use your one hour break to practice or an hour before you jump off the bed. Begin each day with a firm commitment to a practice plan that includes the specific details of when, where and what to play.
